Shipping Information
First, I want to thank you for taking the time out to visit and shop BOLD Kollections! You could be shopping anywhere in the world however you choose to be apart of "The BOLD Movement"! and I appreciate that, greatly!
Here's a little information on the operations of, shipping! All orders are processed (steps taken to gather your items) within 5-7 days from the date of purchase. Once items have been gathered and inspected, they are carefully packaged in preparation of being shipped. Our shipping carrier of choice is USPS. Once your items are delivered to USPS for shipping, you will receive your applicable tracking number for your order. Feel free to follow your package!
Standard USPS package insurance is included with all orders. If your purchase total is more than the standard USPS insurance, you will be monetarily responsible for the differential. BOLD Kollections is not responsible for any packages once a tracking number is generated.
For damaged/missing shipments, please file a claim with USPS as they are responsible for the care and providing the standard insurance for all shipments.

In-Person Pick Up
In-person pick up orders must be picked up within 5 days of order fulfilment. If other arrangements have not been made and items have not been picked up, your order will will be canceled and items release back in our inventory. There will be a twenty-five dollar ($25) fee subtracted for the cancelation of your order. Processing, storing and reshopping, costs.
